Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Talent Acquisition Associate to join our award-winning team (2021 Best Talent Acquisition Team - MENA) based in Dubai , United Arab Emirates. We will provide you with in-house and on the job training as this position will be responsible for assisting the TA team with sourcing, screening and selecting recommended candidates for assigned job openings.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Establishing working relationships with assigned Talent Acquisition (TA) Managers and recruiters to assist with sourcing and screening coverage of open positions.
- Executing under general supervision recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the open positions. Arrange interviews as necessary.
- Recommending candidates to recruiters or Hiring Managers after conducting screening and assessing general qualification against job requirements.
- Developing and monitoring recruitment processes to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
- Supporting internal job posting and transfers program.
- Coordinating the implementation and development of recruitment advertising.
- Identifying and developing sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with online advertising agencies, recruitment agencies, colleges, universities, technical schools, etc.
- Providing database administration and management.
- Providing general administration support.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you would have recently completed either a Bachelor / Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
