Graduate Trainee

Job description / Role

• Collaborate with the recruitment and sales team to thoroughly understand the current recruitment process and the sales procedures they have adopted.
• Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Consultant
• Actively working for the Consultant for sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing candidates.
• Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as a personal database.
• Updating the records of active candidates on our recruitment database.
• Conduct comprehensive company and business, and industry research, integrate findings
• Produce reports, presentations, and graphs to showcase the improvements that have been implemented and the results of the research conducted.
• Participate in team meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster collaboration and innovation.

• To be successful, you must have excellent written and oral English communication skills and negotiating skills. A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
