Delivery of projects within budgets and timelines that enable the business to go to market on schedule.

Prepare BRD and write user stories along with business stakeholders.

Tracking initiatives on JIRA dashboards.

Prepare weekly and monthly status reports on the projects.

Execute projects end-to-end including all multifunctional interfaces with other business units (like channels) and support units (like RCC, CLC).

Ensure compliance with the following:

• Adherence to SDLC and Agile process (requirement gathering and finalization, functional specification and DOU review, process flow mapping, testing, implementation)
• Detailed project planning
• Stakeholder communication
• Meeting and coordination
• Documentation
• Support handover planning

Introduce and follow project management best practices.

Ensure adherence to the bank standard project management guidelines.

Guide and recommend product design implementation with product owner, and in partnership with solution architect.
