Aegis offers a rare opportunity for bright graduates (age 25-27) to join a hands-on mentorship program based in Dubai, led by the senior management of a dynamic global group active in shipping and international trade.

Program structure:

• Duration: 24 months, with rotational assignments every 6-8 months.
• Rotational experience: Participants rotate through key functions including:
  • Trade operations and execution
  • Shipping and chartering desk
  • Financial analysis and trade finance
  • Risk management and compliance
• Mentorship: Each trainee will be paired with senior leaders for ongoing mentoring and professional guidance.
• Learning & development: Regular training sessions, skill workshops, and opportunities for certification in trade operations and finance.

You are:

• A recent graduate (Bachelor’s) in business, economics, logistics, finance, engineering, mathematics, physics, or related quantitative fields.
• Fluent in English, open-minded, and excited to relocate and work in Dubai.
• Energetic, curious, well-presented, and serious about building a long-term career.
• Experience is a bonus, but attitude and potential matter most.
