Graduate Trainee - Banking & Investment Executive

Job description / Role

Large company looking for a Graduate Trainee - Banking & Investment Executive (based in Dubai already). There will be an initial training program by the company.

Large multinational that provides financial advice, investment management, tax planning and insurance services to private clients.

After the training period the Graduate Trainee - Banking & Investment Executive will be responsible for the following:
* Primarily handling incoming, and driving outgoing, telephone contact with investors on both new and existing business. These queries can be on a wide range of topics relating to the company's products and services. The Banking and Investment Executive will also deal with queries directed to the business by letter and e-mail and may also be required to meet clients face to face.
* Must obtain generic product and regulatory knowledge, together with knowledge of services that we offer across the whole company - full training will be given.
* Should be able to provide a client with all relevant and accurate information needed to resolve their enquiry. This information must be given in a clear, balanced and fair manner, in a way that the client understands to enable them to make their own investment decisions. All action taken to deal with an enquiry should be documented on the client database.
* Proactively look for ways to improve the quality and profitability of the products and services we offer our clients.
