Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the conceptualization, design and production of client-facing deliverables including Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, collaterals, infographics, presentations, and other documents throughout the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
• Producing various marketing collaterals (invitations, ads, flyers, banners, brochures, reports, infographics etc.) that align with Aon business goals and target audience.
• Design support with client proposals and PowerPoint presentations
• Ensuring adherence to and maintenance of the overall corporate brand whilst recognising the needs of the local market
• Work closely with marketing colleagues in APAC to cooperate on regional initiatives and share best practice
• Integrating input from various sources into master documents, editing and reformatting the submitted material as necessary for grammar, style, spelling, appearance and consistency
• Finalizing, production and printing of all marketing materials
• Client assistance in project design, layout and MS Office techniques
• Managing Aon Hewitt regional website content management system (CMS), ensuring information is up to date; content is visually appealing and promoting key campaigns.
• Managing corporate social media channels on a daily basis

Requirements

• Expert level in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Expert level of skill with latest Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• A high degree of literacy (mastery of grammar, style, spelling, etc.) and graphic design sense
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, well-organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to interact and communicate clearly and confidently with internal clients to determine their visual communication needs, present ideas, and take a project from start to finish
• Suggest new concepts for campaigns while ensuring adequate planning of tasks
• Ability to organize and carry out multiple complex tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines

In addition, the following requirements are desirable, but not essential:
• Arabic speaking
• Social media and digital marketing experience

Experience and salary range:
• 2-4 years
• Salary based on experience
