Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

We are now looking for a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join Transguard Group's Sales and Marketing team!

The post holder will work on a variety of products and activities, including websites, advertising, posters, exhibitions and displays, and corporate communications, helping to shape and develop Transguard’s visual brand.

You’ll work closely with an experienced editorial team to produce high quality visuals for both online and print, helping to craft the story of our business.

Some of the responsibilities of the successful candidate are:

- Contribute to the development of a new Brand Communication Strategy and project manage the graphic design elements of its implementation
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to support our website design and content marketing (blog, social media and more)
- Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
- Scope and create templates for our marketing and communications team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media email, and other channels
- Manage other design needs such as business tenders, annual reports, presentations, signage, and collateral as needed
- Create original information graphics using Adobe Illustrator
- Translate researched information into visually stimulating and intellectually engaging typography, illustration and info graphics
- Page and brochure layout using InDesign and Illustrator for print and digital brochures and posters
- Researching and organizing content for graphic projects.

Requirements

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

The post holder will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven graphic design experience for web and print
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Photoshop; InDesign, and Illustrator
- Experience of the basics of photography and video editing
