Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

The graphic designer reports to the Marketing Director and is responsible for the following:

• Design/update all communication touchpoints including mall guides and so forth.
• Responsible for the overall tone and feel of branding inside the mall.
• Responsible for the design and artworks of hoardings within the mall.
• Responsible for the design and artworks of tactical communication for the mall.
• Coordinate with production houses.
• Oversee the website and update content on a regular basis.
• Oversee the wayfinding system and update content on a regular basis.
• Responsible for developing design and artworks needed for events set-ups.
• Responsible for providing the social media agency with imagery/photography and simple designs whenever needed.
• Coordinate with retailers for their branding inside the mall.
• Assist the Marketing Director in coordinating with agencies for larger scale campaigns.
• Assist the Marketing Director in coordinating with social media and digital agencies as needed.
• Assist the Marketing Director with other properties as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Ability to create a campaign concept and translate it across different mediums/experiences.
• Strong understanding of responsive design.
• Team player with positive “can-do” attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to take creative direction and function as part of a team.
• Ability to collaborate + communicate effectively across the organization
• Ability to work independently + quickly with strong attention to detail
