Job Description:
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and project offerings.
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Work closely with the project and development teams to create designs for hoardings, signage, and other site-specific materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.

About the Client:
A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Must have minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
