Job description / Role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer with 2 - 3 years of professional experience to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, photography, and videography, and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across various media, collaborating with the marketing team, and bringing creative concepts to life through both design and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, social media graphics, banners, presentations, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns, website content, and promotional materials.
• Capture and edit photography and videography for social media, website, and internal projects, ensuring visuals align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet campaign objectives.
• Produce short-form videos for social media and web platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Maintain and organize the media library, including photo and video assets.
• Stay updated on design trends, photography techniques, and multimedia best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new design and video content ideas.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
• Hands-on experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in video editing software and knowledge of video production techniques.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Experience with photography and videography equipment (DSLR, mirrorless cameras, lighting setups) is an advantage.
