Charterhouse are partnered with an innovative company within the Crypto Mining industry, that is looking to hire a skilled Graphic Designer to join its Communications & Branding team in Dubai. As our client continues to expand globally, this role possesses significant potential for career growth and leadership development.

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing a wide range of digital and print assets, including social media content, website visuals, infographics, reports, and high-impact presentation decks for investor and client audiences. The role also involves designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences, collaborating closely with product and tech teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. A key aspect of the role includes maintaining a cohesive design system across all brand and product touchpoints, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within fintech, crypto, or technology sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is essential, as is a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX, social media content, and presentation design.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for typography, composition, and colour, and have a solid understanding of branding and visual storytelling in institutional or B2B contexts. This is a standalone role that requires a high level of independence and ownership. The ability to work autonomously, make strategic design decisions, and proactively drive creative direction will be essential. Experience in motion design, 3D visualization, or animation will be considered an advantage. The role is ideal for a designer with a strong grasp of modern fintech and digital assets, who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys turning complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
