Graphic Designer

Job description / Role

(Job Summary):
As a Graphic Designer you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content across e-commerce platforms, retail showrooms & malls, and brand packaging, ensuring strong brand consistency and premium presentation across all categories: Abaya & Sheila, Fragrance, Sandals & Leather Goods, and Kandura.
In this role you will be supporting both commercial objectives (sales & conversion) and brand-building initiatives.

(Job Responsibilities):

E-Commerce Creative
- Design e-commerce visuals including:
o Website banners / Product listing images.
o Campaign creatives / Social & performance ad assets.
- Optimize creatives for conversion, clarity, and luxury appeal.
- Work closely with E-commerce & Marketing teams to support:
o Product launches.
o Promotions / Seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure visuals align with brand tone, category identity, and platform requirements.

Mall & Showroom Branding
- Design and adapt creatives for physical retail environments, including:
o Mall hoardings / In-store visuals / Window displays.
o POS materials / Signage & directional branding.
- Ensure premium and cohesive customer experience across all stores.
- Coordinate with vendors and production teams for print-ready artworks when it requires any clarification.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple locations and categories.

Branding Creative & Packaging Support
- Support brand identity development and evolution.
- Design and adapt packaging artworks for:
o Fragrance boxes & labels.
o Shopping bags / Gift boxes.
o Tags, stickers, and inserts.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing & Supply Chain teams to ensure:
o Accurate artwork specifications.
o Print and material alignment.
- Maintain and update brand guideline assets.

Category Focus
- Work across the following categories:
o Abaya & Sheila / Fragrance.
o Sandals & Leather Goods.
o Kandura.
- Each category requires distinct visual language while maintaining overall brand consistency.

(Job Requirements):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or F&B brands.
- Expertise in graphic design and packaging.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, and marketing design principles.
- Experience designing for digital campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and outdoor/print media.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance in design work.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative and engaging visual concepts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
