Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties & Responsibilities as Graphic Designer:
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.
• Knowledgeable in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in WordPress.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs.
• Create a variety of layouts, iconography, package & website designs, logos and illustrations, short video graphics.
• Incorporate design elements such as sound, color, animation, typography, and images.
• Assist in creating marketing presentations, web-page visuals, and brand design and enhancements.
• Design marketing layouts for real estate projects
• Communicating with CEO about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for project illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
• Creative and open to new ideas.
• Excellent communication skills.

Duties & Responsibilities as Content Editor:
• Proofread and edit social media and blog posts before publication
• Promptness in submitting work for approval
• Research industry-related topics
• Organized and cohesive marketing write-ups
• Coordinate with marketing team to illustrate articles
• Write content on each marketing creative that will be posted on social media
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design or related field.
• Must have at least 2 years experience working in a professional environment
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Must be capable of interpreting client briefs through different creative permutations
• Must be punctual and deadline-oriented
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Must be proficient in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. 3D programs and animation skills a plus.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English and preferably Arabic
