Job description / Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through website and social media banners, posters, flyers, brochures, catalogues and other medias.
- Create and manage separate social media strategies for B2B and B2C segments
- Manage and maintain the organization's website(s)
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter.
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and increasing dwell time etc.
- Create and manage company's digital marketing dashboard.
- Use proper web analytic metrics to evaluate the performance of email and social media channels.
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
- Edit and post images and videos to online sites
- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) AD management
- Write copy for email marketing campaigns
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
- Work on printed material to supplement online products.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in specialized design services, publishing, advertising or related services.
- Strong communication, Conceptual thinking, Marketing skills, Design skills and Social Media Management skills
- Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
