Graphic Designer / Design Communication Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic architecture firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and communication strategy. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality proposals and presentations, creating and updating company profiles, and managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with the firm’s brand.
• Create and maintain company profiles and other corporate collateral.
• Manage and grow the firm’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.
• Develop creative concepts and story-driven posts to showcase projects and company culture.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Express) for design tasks.
• Use social media design tools such as Canva and/or Figma for quick-turnaround content.
• Collaborate with architects and marketing team to ensure visual consistency and storytelling.
• Bonus: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for social media and presentations.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in architecture, design, or creative industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Express).
• Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma for social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Plus: Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
