Job description / Role
Key tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Interacts with guest to obtain feedback on product and service level.
- Responds to and handle guest problems and complains.
- Able to make recommendation to the executive chef regarding succession planning.
- To be aware of all finical budgets and goals.
- To ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money.
- Ensure all the recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
- Ensure that all food items are prepared as pre standard recipes cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Ensure that all team members are adheres to all hotel policies and procedures.
- To work in close conjunction with the outlet manager and respective team to create a yearly marketing plan for the outlet.
- To project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all associates.
Specific Requirements
- Greek Nationality/Citizenship
- Fair and firm management with high influencing skills.
- Creative and innovation.
- Strong knowledge of Greek food and beverage.
- Hands-on approach to outlet aspects.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Initiative and self-motivated.
- Ideal training and coaching skill.
