Job description / Role

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, providing guidance and training to ensure exceptional service.
• Set high standards for customer satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct training sessions, evaluate performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning among team members.
• Work closely with management to implement strategies for increasing sales, improving efficiency, and enhancing guest experience.

Position Title: Grill Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

• Open to Asian nationalities
• Male, 25 to 35 years old
• At least 2 years related experience in Japanese Cuisine as a Grill Chef.
