Job description / Role
- Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications
- Working in conjunction with Manufacturing Engineering & other Departments to ensure smooth & continuous workflow
- Assists in training of new workers to help provide adequate training for department personnel
- Grinding variety of components to high and tight tolerances small and large , Performing work with a variety of grinding wheel specifications
- Knowledge of Diamond wheel Grinding – final grinding Carbides and ceramics
Requirements
- Open to Indian Nationals
- Male, 30 to 40 years old
- High school diploma or any equivalent field
- At least 7 years of experience as a grinder or similar role
- Must have knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance
- Strong ability to analyze drawings and tolerances
- Able to stand for extended period of time and lift up to 40 pounds
- Good verbal and oral communication skills
