Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage the group's international compliance and ethics programme. Create and update the compliance policies, staff training, audit and control through information technology systems.

• A global logistics multinational corporation with over 200 offices worldwide offering shipping and logistics solutions in many industries including Energy, Automotive, Cruise and Freight

Description

• Maintaining the group's written compliance policies
• Liaise extensively with group companies on compliance related issues
• Maintain the compliance and ethics programme and prepare and implement training materials
• Manage compliance audit programme
• Administer the Group's whistleblowing function
• Technology management, system based compliance controls
• Advise treasury on money laundering and sanction related issues
• Compliance intranet: Ensure it is fully up to date and contains the relevant documentation at all times

Requirements

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria

• Degree in Law from a Western/European legal jurisdiction
• 4 years minimum experience in a compliance role as a manager
• Shipping & logistics industry experience preferred
