Position Title: Group Cost Controller

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Ensure accurate tracking of all inventory movements, including food and beverage costs, recipe costing, inter-kitchen transfers and employee consumption, with detailed variance analysis and reporting.
- Oversee daily and monthly reporting of food and beverage costs, including cost of sales, wastage, pilferage and efficiency, while ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of F&B operations, including purchasing, receiving and preparation processes. Provide actionable recommendations for improvements in control and cost management.
- Prepare and distribute daily and monthly F&B cost reports, perform surprise spot checks at F&B outlets and collaborate with management to ensure accurate pricing, discounts and inventory control.

- Male, 40 years old and below
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis or related roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, construction and real estate
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
