Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the group's overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
• Create and implement academic plans aligned with the group's objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
• Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.
• Conduct regular quality checks through learning walks and ensure impactful professional development for staff.

Requirements:

Position Title: Group Education Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 60K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An upcoming educational institution by a well-known school group in UAE.

Qualifications:
• 55 years old and below
• At least 10 years of progressive management experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector.
• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Relevant educational leadership certifications are preferred.
