Position Title: Group F&B General Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 40K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design and real estate industries.
Job Role:
• Lead and handle several F&B outlets within the company portfolio
• Implement industry leading best practices, SOPs and overall standards
• Develop and lead the core expansion strategy of Virtual Restaurant Chains across the GCC
• Build the best team in the restaurant, kitchen and back of house support crew
• Expand the current portfolio of restaurants
Requirements
Requirements:
• Male, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• At least 10 years work experience in handling group/multiple F&B outlets
• Strong Food and Beverage experience (including dark/cloud kitchen operations)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Must be available to join immediately
