Group Finance Director

Job description / Role

We are working with one of the leading real estate developers in the UAE that is seeking an experienced Group Finance Director to lead its finance function across multiple business units and subsidiaries.

-Lead the Group’s overall financial strategy, planning, and performance management
-Oversee group-wide budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated financial reporting
-Ensure strong governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks (IFRS)
-Manage treasury, cash flow, banking relationships, and funding structures
-Support M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives including due diligence
-Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team
-Lead and develop finance teams across subsidiaries

-Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
-Professional qualification: CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent
-Minimum 15 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles
-Strong background in group-level finance, multi-entity operations, or holding companies
-Proven experience working closely with Boards and senior stakeholders
