Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Monitor and direct the implementation of the company’s strategic business plan and assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
- Develop, Implement and monitor reliable financial controls.
- Ensure accurate and timely record keeping & financial reporting in-line with best financial practices and auditors requirements.
- Develop and manage efficient treasury protocols including management of cash balances and cash forecasts.
- Maintain and manage banking relationships including debt and equity financing.
- Manage the capital expenditures and budgeting processes.
- Develop and report performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team and maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team.
- Develop, Implement and monitor reliable financial controls.
- Conduct various financial and organizational studies in order to analyze and suggest means for the optimal utilization of resources.
- Lead the team and ensure objectives are met at all times.
- Undertakes any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Arabic language is a must
- Professional Accounting Qualification ie CA, CPA, ACCA
- Over 10 years of experience
- 5 + years leadership experience in a senior Business Partner capacity in a medium to large size reputable industrial group operating in multiple regions
- Consolidation of multiple entities experience
- A result oriented executive with high level of integrity, business acumen and practices a strong sense of urgency
- Effective communication skills on all levels
- Proven ability to persuade the Board members
- Entrepreneurial / Business Partnering approach
