Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit a Group FP&A Manager for a Tech industry based in Dubai.
* Overseeing all forecasts, budgets, analysis on a group level
* Liaising with internal and external entities
* Improving processes and analytics to increase profits
* Managing the annual budgets whilst working closely with all key managers
* Preparing financial projections and identifying solutions to improve efficiency
* Manage a team of accountants in the region
* Ensure compliance with UAE Tax policies
Requirements
* Must be Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA/CIMA etc.)
* Must have experience leading a team within a complex organisation
* Ideally, 10 years of experience within a finance role
* Must have advanced Excel skills
* Should have excellent communication skills
* Arabic speaker is a must.
