Job description / Role
The Company
Our client who is a Real Estate holding and investment company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced and diverse Corporate Strategy and Development Professional to join its Executive Management Team.
The role will report to the Group Chief Executive Officer, and will be responsible for driving Strategy & Growth, Business Development, Marketing and Communications across all Group Companies.
The Role
Job Dimensions and Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and monitoring the Heads of all Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions across the group of companies dotted line reporting.
* Lead the identification and adoption of business development and growth strategies across all Group Companies.
* Develop and own the Marketing, Business Development and Communications performance management ensuring goals and KPIs are properly structured and rolled out across the organisations, periodically assessed and effectively measured.
* Develops performance reporting mechanisms utilising scorecards and dashboards.
* Drive the value proposition across the Group, including Joint Venture Companies.
* Ensure Business Development, Marketing and Communications functions are appropriately budgeted, structured and staffed, in order to deliver the strategy and achieve business success
* Develop Group-wide communication strategy, to ensure awareness of the Group and the Value Proposition of its businesses.
* Monitors Local, Regional and International Business opportunities and works with Group companies to pursue such opportunities.
* Ensure that all group companies are profiled and the capabilities of each group company is appropriately leveraged.
Requirements
The Candidate
* MBA holder from a top-tier Business School.
* Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in Strategy, Business Development, Marketing roles.
* 4+ years of working in a strategy consulting business
* Strategic mind-set but with a proven track record of supporting organisation to successfully operationalise strategies and gain business advantage / success.
* Excellent Leadership skills with the demonstrable ability to manage multiple stakeholders and stakeholder groups.
Salary
100,000 - 150,000 AED a month subject to experience
