Job description / Role
• Deal with the full cycle of human resources leadership in accordance to the MOHRE process from overseeing payroll, documentations, employment requests and process improvements
• Be a business partner to finalize stage in employment hiring and or termination in line with labor laws procedure
• Responsible for the overall planning, development and implementation of HR strategies at the group level,
• Act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters
• Support robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture thru management of KPIs /grades
Requirements
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 50 years old and below
• At least 5 year as head of HR preferably from a group of companies
• In depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, organization grading, KPI, training and assessment
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
