AED 35,000 - 45,000 + Bonus + Family Status
NTS Group have been exclusively appointed to recruit a Group HR Manager for our client based in Dubai. This position will be reporting into the CFO and will be managing an HR team consisting of approx 4 people.
There are 2 main parts to the position which are as follows;
* Redefine, re-evaluate and implement new HR policies and procedures.
* Talent Acquisition & Talent Development.
With this in mind, the right candidate for this position will be a strong HR Generalist with a proven track record in implementing change through policies and procedures, a capable people manager and a driven and experienced talent acquisition specialist that is able to manage positions at any level, including board level positions. To be considered for this position you must be degree educated and have at least 10 years overall HR experience, 5 of which at a management level and preferably within a group of companies. Only candidates with exceptional communication and presentation skills will be considered.
* Degree Educated
* Minimum 10 years of experience
* Minimum 3 years of management experience
* Strong understanding of evaluating and implementing HR Policies & Procedures
* Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition & Talent Development
* Arabic is a bonus but not essential
