Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Recommending appropriate compensation and benefit program to Board of Directors and
• Implementing approved plans
• Establishes individual goals for team members in alignment with overall organization goals and performs periodic performance reviews to determine progress
• Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals
• Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
• Establish KPIs in line with Business Heads for all employees and establishing appropriate monitoring systems
• Develop and Implement group wide performance appraisal program
• Train relevant employees to perform appraisals
• Train relevant employees to monitor KPIs
• Develop and Monitor Performance Improvement Programs
• Supervise HR Executives
• Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals
• Analyze employee capacity semi-annually and prepare semi-annual Human Resource requirement plans
• Keep up to date with HR legislation by researching and attending necessary events, before providing suitable interpretation to Directors and Managers
• Liaise with Directors and Managers to understand their HR requirements and ensure they are fully informed of the corporate HR strategy
• Lead the work to regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management, resource planning and track record of successful project management
