Group IT Manager And Security Systems Manager up to 50K AED for a Leisure Group in Dubai

• Ensure the streamlined functionality of the IT department in alignment with the organization’s business objectives
• Plan, coordinate and design IT activities of the organization, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department
• Ensure optimal hardware and software maintenance and provide recommendations for future planning and development of IT resources
• Maintain and manage IT servers within the organization
• Maintain, monitor, manage and run all security systems, closed circuit televisions (“CCTVs”), access controls, telephones, private automatic branch exchange (“PABX”) systems and alarm systems within the organization
• Managing company domains hosting and office 365 emails.
• Project Manager for the SAP ERP system implementation.
• Meet with Hotel’s IT managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Set computer systems budgets and manage expenditures
• Ensure technology is up-to-date, accessible and equipped with current hardware and software systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and all network operating systems
• Orient and train new users in order for them to be proficient in using the existing technology
• Maintain log of required repairs and maintenance
• Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
• Maintain knowledge of current and potential IT resources and services
• Managing the planning, design, selection, implementation, use, and administration of emerging and converging information and communications technologies
• Ensuring the entire organization is effectively supported by exhaustive soft and hard IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Open to the following Arabic nationalities: Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese, Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian, Yemeni
• Must have worked with a large Group of companies based in UAE as a Group IT Manager for minimum 3 to 5 years.
• Must have experience with Hotel IT systems & security systems requirements.
• With strong knowledge on ERP
• Knows the 3 cycle of Oracle
• Hands-on implementations
• Male, up to 45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or BE in IT/Computer Engineering
