Job description / Role
The Group Marketing Manager will lead the marketing efforts for a real estate and construction investment company, overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share. This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in strategic marketing, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the real estate and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Identify target markets and create tailored campaigns to attract investors, buyers, and tenants.
Brand Management:
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
• Oversee brand positioning and messaging to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage multichannel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print, events, and PR.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for ROI and KPIs.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Provide insights to senior management for decision-making and investment strategies.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and performance.
• Coordinate with sales, development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost effective resource allocation.
• Report on marketing performance and budget adherence to senior management.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Develop relationships with media outlets, advertising agencies, and industry partners.
• Act as the company’s spokesperson when needed and ensure consistent external communication.
Digital Marketing and Technology:
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, including websites, social media, and online listings.
• Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools for lead generation and customer retention
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in real estate, construction, or investment sectors.
Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Creative and strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
