Position Title: Group Operations Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 60K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits

About the Client:
An upcoming educational institution by a well-known school group in UAE.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans, oversee daily operations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while collaborating with executive leadership.
• Manage the design, construction, and delivery of new school builds, ensuring all necessary compliances, approvals, and licenses are obtained on time.
• Develop and audit school operational policies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and keep all trade licenses and contracts up to date.
• Oversee facility maintenance, transportation logistics, and accommodations, ensuring all are compliant, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
• Lead technology integration for operational efficiency, manage procurement contracts, and oversee the logistics and supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian, Arabic, and Western nationalities
• 55 years old and below
• Must have a Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience, with 5 years experience in a leadership role in Education sector.
• Masters or relevant certificate is highly desirable.
