NTS Group Recruitment are working with a leading hospitality group who are seeking a Group Operations Manager, to be based in Dubai, UAE. The Group operations Manager will lead and support a team in delivering a lean operating model that supports Company policy and best practice.
The role will involve the oversee and running of multiple leading & award winning sites (predominantly within the food & beverage arena) as well as Chairing & attending meetings, contributing to continuous improvement of processes, procedures, systems and best practice, Analysing and interpreting data to make decisions regarding the operation and business, Ensuring regulatory commitments are met, Supporting the creation of documents through internal systems and Planning, prioritising and allocating operational activities in line with key performance.
This is a newly created position, offering a superb opportunity to join a well respected and highly regarded company, who boasts leading brands within its field. Reporting directly into the owner of the company, you will lead a successful team of top management executives (GM’s, Head Chefs, Brand Operations Managers etc) based both on site as well as in the corporate office.
To be successful, you will have approx. 10 years of solid operations experience within the hospitality sector, specifically for leading large F&B brands or restaurants. Our client is open to considering candidates based anywhere geographically, provided they meet the given criteria and have a proven and measurable background, with vast experience spanning 10+ years.
