Position Title: Group Procurement Manager

Salary: up to 22K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

Job Description:
- Lead and manage procurement activities, including pre-qualification, supplier negotiations, contract preparation, tender management and ensuring quality and cost-effective sourcing.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies, and risk management procedures to optimize costs, drive performance and support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships and ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, delegate tasks across departments and supervise purchasing agents to ensure timely delivery and compliance with organizational goals.

- Male, 45 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same role from Hospitality, Retail, Construction and Real Estate industry.
