Job description / Role
Purpose: To lead the end to end recruitment process for vacancies across the entire organization i.e. Kleindienst Group which includes JK Properties, Austria Business Center and The Heart Of Europe. Manage a highly efficient recruitment process with a focus on continuous improvement, reflecting lessons learned and adopting new techniques and practices when appropriate.
Duties:
• Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
• Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
• Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
• Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
• Conducts interviews for jobs in the organization
• Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
• Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
• Prepare manpower plans and budgets for recruitment
• Deliver & manage recruitment campaigns and attraction aligned to our business demand and recruitment budget
• Develop an innovative and proactive approach to recruitment, with working knowledge of various direct recruitment channels
• The manager has to meet with line managers on a regular basis as the potential gaps are identified and researched
• The manager provides regular feedback to team recruiters and line managers
• Responsible to develop reports and maintain a factsheet for hiring
Requirements
• Knowledge of the whole recruitment process
• Previous experience in hiring real estate and construction professionals is a must
• 8 + years of experience as a Recruiter and at least 2 of them on a managerial level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic working environment.
• Comfortable being a hands on recruiter as well as leading a team
