Our client is a diversified conglomerate and they are hiring a Group VP - Corporate Governance and Risk to report into their Chief Audit and Risk Officer.

Description
* Set- up company framework and develop the governance framework
* Develop risk strategies and key performance indicators for corporate governance and risk function
* Identify, Assess, Monitor and Report the key risks regularly.
* Review risk framework on a periodic basis and establish governance manual and model in accordance with the needs of the group.
* Establish group wide Code of Ethics
* Ensure business/ functional risks are within the acceptable company's risk tolerances levels
* Develop independent risk and assessment reports
* Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports to assess productivity and progress
* Motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work

Requirements

* Professional Qualification (MBA, Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Risk or related)
* 15 + years' of experience in the Risk Management and Governance Function
* Experience in a complex environment
