Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The CRO Officer is responsible for implementing, running, executing and evaluating A/B and MV tests across the CRO programme setting up solutions and supporting the team in creating digital strategies and experiences to optimise conversion. Must have a strong experience in A/B testing, website analytics, and conversion projects focused on improving the digital portfolio. The CRO Officer will be working alongside a team of designers, developers, and digital product officers to help deliver all CRO initiatives.

Responsible for test monitoring and reporting daily with flawless program execution ensuring test meet stated objectives delivering high impact results. This role will actively analyse experiment data, proactively looking for early insights, flagging experiments of concern and generating KPI reports, visualisations and recommendations.

This role
• Works closely with the Head of CRO to deliver the agreed strategy
• Customer-centric, revenue-driven and a true optimiser by heart
• Owns the experimentation roadmap and end to end programme focusing on excelling conversion revenue across our brand portfolio and markets.

• Technical and data insights savvy, well organized and able to lead, set up and analyze experiments.

• Excellent people management and communication skills to form strong relationships with the brand stakeholders, the role will drive all communication and reporting bringing exposure to the conversion results and program visibility across business units.
• Exceptional project management – from planning to delivery. Accountable for continuously monitor and report as the key point of contact for all CRO projects.
• Ensures CRO projects and platform enhancements are delivered efficiently on time, providing tangible ROI and meeting our quality standards including QA, stability, and security.
• Team mentorship and oversight of direct report (CRO Officer)
• Owns relevant external supplier relationships.

Requirements

Key Skills
• Multi-year, demonstrable experience of developing CRO strategies in an optimisation function with the ability to build and sustain a CRO program
• 4+ years’ experience as a CRO manager or similar role with industry standard A/B and MVT technologies (Optimizely, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield, Maximiser, Adobe Target, etc.)
• A keen eye for detail and highly technical person
• Expert use of CRO analytics experience and personalisation platforms, eg Content square/Hotjar, Dynamic Yield, Alogia etc.
• Expert use of data analytics platforms Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Power BI, looker etc
• Excellent understanding of all digital KPIs controlling performance, ROI and ultimately OI.
• Background in Project management, analytics, trade, dev or UX design
• Experience in AB/multivariate testing processes working experience with in-house and external providers
• Create the Product Roadmap, framework, pipelines, specifications, and define deliverables
• Proven team leadership experience
• An effective and confident communicator (written and oral) with excellent stakeholder management skills, you can distil technical concepts and details to others in a language that they will understand and can easily build rapport with people.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and autonomous
• Understanding of website technologies and an awareness of website development and coding is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong internal networks and achieve goals through collaboration
• Familiar with segmentation, audience-based testing and personalisation.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of how to manage CRO programs and a passion for creating a conversion and customer-oriented user experiences
• Previous eCommerce or retail experience.

Preferred Skills
• Relevant degree or professional qualification.
• Experience of using marketing research tools
• Experience of MENA markets.
