Growth Executive (Arabic Speaker)

Job description / Role

Our client is a leading UAE-based professional association within the facilities management sector. They are fully established within the region and have members throughout the GCC, including local, International, government and semi-government companies. They are currently recruiting for a Growth Executive to join their team in Dubai. The role is primarily responsible for driving the organization's growth through membership & sponsorship sales and building long-term relationships with the target audience, including members, sponsors, and partners. This role is dedicated to achieving financial targets through proactive sales efforts, effective collections, and building a wide professional network.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven individual with strong sales and relationship management skills. An extrovert, resourceful, and well-connected personality is essential for this role to ensure effective interaction and engagement with the industry audience. This position requires frequent travel to build regional connections by attending meetings,
events, conferences, workshops, etc.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English languages.
• Willing to frequently travel within the GCC region
