Growth Hacker

Job description / Role

Quest Search and Selection is working with an ambitious and rapidly growing e-commerce (travel) company in the Middle East looking for a Growth Hacker to join their team in Dubai. In this role, you will be a vital part of the company’s long-term growth projects and initiatives.

As a Growth Hacker, you will:

- Lead and manage digital customer acquisition strategies
- Ensure achievement of business objectives through business case development, execution planning, and identifying project goals
- Optimize customer experience in all touch points to drive conversion
- Monitor marketing activities’ performance and improve KPIs
- Gather insights and prepare reports to be presented and base recommendations on
- Collaborate with key internal departments and external teams (e.g. agencies, suppliers) in executing strategic plans and ensuring operational efficiencies

Requirements

- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and capacity
- Solid experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, and business transformation
- Knowledgeable data analysis and marketing platforms
- Ability to thrive in a multi-project, fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English (required) and Arabic (advantage)
- E-commerce experience an advantage
