The Role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success you will manage customer relationships contributing demonstrable value both internally and externally


Master Internal technology usage to:
* Support customer acquisition activity
* Provide customer training and support
* Identify product improvements
* Manage the overall customer relationship from the point of onboarding
* Team and collaborate across the business to deliver exceptional customer value and service through pro-actively monitoring customer communications and requests ensuring timely responses and positive experiences.
* Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
* Drive ongoing adoption and awareness of the value of technology and services mapping to business outcomes and customer value
* Identify risks to customer experience and take appropriate action internally and externally to address
* Support customer expansion and contract renewals
* Identify new use cases and features that would enhance our technology
* Update & maintain internal systems (i.e. CRM) as required by the business
* Act as the voice of the customer and provide inputs to the wider business such as feedback on product roadmaps
* Collate and report on customer feedback along their journey and share ideas and solutions on areas we can improve on and recognize team and individuals that have resulted in positive customer experiences
* Support and participate in marketing activities


The Candidate

Attitudes, Skills & Experience

* Minimum of 5 years professional experience
* Working in the following sectors
* iGaming
* Enterprise Technology
* Holding positions relating to
* Customer Success
* Account Management / Sales
* Post-sales/Pre-sales
* Project Delivery
* Solid grasp or a proven quick learner of technology stacks and trends
* Past expertise with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Hubspot or comparable technologies is essential
* Strong communication and inter-personal skillsets
* Effective at managing relationships through conflict resolutions
* Highly organized and detail orientated
* Self-driven with the ability to work independently towards goals and objectives
* Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to its success
* Native or Fluency in English

Salary Expectations

* Up to 40,000aed Including Benefits
