Job description / Role
Our client is a leading partner for retail and luxury and they are hiring for a Guest Experience Manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE.
This candidate will be reporting directly to the COO and be responsible for implementing and providing improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality customer service. This candidate will be the voice of the customer for the brands and will be responsible for the coordination between all the business units and brands. The position requires the candidate to have hands on experience in implementing loyalty programs and be passionate about improving customer experience within retail. The candidate must have strong communications skills as they will be interacting with senior members of management and stores worldwide.
Requirements
Applicant will require a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience within customer service. The candidate must excellent knowledge of the luxury consumer, the competitive landscape of the luxury industry, effective team management capabilities and leadership skills. The candidate must speak English fluently and Arabic is a plus.
