Employment: Full Time

JOB PURPOSE:
To create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences for ADNOC Group stakeholders across a portfolio of sponsorships, events and activations that showcase the Energy for Life narrative and unlock commercial and reputational value.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Job Specific Accountabilities
- Develop and execute a guest experience strategy that aligns with the brand goals and the Energy for Life narrative
- Manage the delivery of contractual rights and benefits from our sponsorship partners, including hospitality, tickets, access, branding and content
- Utilize your industry insights and relationships to identify new opportunities and best in class activations that enhance our guest experience
- Design, develop and execute innovative and engaging activations that bring our sponsorships to life and showcase our brand values
- Work collaboratively across the organization with a One ADNOC mindset to ensure we maximize opportunities and unlock maximum value from our sponsorships
- Implement a robust evaluation framework for new and existing partnerships and activations, using data and feedback to measure impact and ROI
- Conduct post-event reviews and apply learnings to continuously improve our guest experience standards and practices
- Manage the guest experience budget and ensure compliance with ADNOC policies and procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, sponsorship partners, agencies and suppliers.

Generic Accountabilities

Supervision
- Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.

Budgets
- Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets, assist in the implementation of the approved Budget, and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
- Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.

Performance Management
- Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
- Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.

Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
- Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures, controls, applicable legislation, and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.

Reports
- Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.

COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal
- VP, Sponsorship.
- Any other Function/Department as required.

External
- External consultants and third party service providers.
- ADNOC Group Companies.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, event management or related field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 10 years of relevant experience in guest experience, event management, sponsorship activation or related field
- Proven track record of creating and delivering memorable guest experiences for high-profile events and sponsorships
- Strong knowledge of the sponsorship industry, trends and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
- Creative, innovative and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Team player with a One ADNOC mindset
