We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Guest Operations Executive to provide high quality service to Guests staying at our Vacation Home rental properties. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a can do attitude that can assist the team with various tasks as needed. Our team is small but mighty and we are all hands on deck.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to all guest messages and assist with sales inquiries
• Oversee day to day operations. Organize check ins, check outs, operational needs
• Developing weekly schedules and ensuring staffing levels are appropriate to meet the needs of the operations
• Conduct inspections post guest check out and occasional audits of cleaning and housekeeping
• Conduct guest check ins and assist guests with needs
• Help prepare extras for guests and add on services
• Have and provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services to our guests
• Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
• Assist with unit launches to prepare for guests (furniture unpacking, message templates, guest books, appliances guide, photoshoot staging

Requirements

• Valid UAE driver's license and your own vehicle is a MUST. Applicants without this will not be considered
• Proven experience in holiday homes/vacation homes/short term rentals is a plus
• Familiarity with hospitality/hotel/housekeeping/maintenance industry standards is a plus
• Proficiency in English is a must, proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Computer literacy
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Go getter attitude
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• This position will require you to be flexible, work weekends if required with days off being during the week if needed
