Position Title: Guest Relation Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 9K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
A leading Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, serving authentic Neapolitan-style pizza in a warm and welcoming setting.

Job Description:
• Welcome the guests in a friendly, professional manner, manage reservations and waitlists using a system or manual log.
• Coordinate guest flow by monitoring dining room activity, communicating with staff and ensuring smooth seating and timely service.
• Manage reservations and seating flow efficiently, especially during peak hours, while maintaining a clean and organized entrance area.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to management when necessary

Qualifications:
• Open to Ukrainian & CIS nationalities. Female, 35 years old and below
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in the UAE
• Adaptable and dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs

Salary:
AED 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
