Guest Relations Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Guest Relation Executive to join our prestigious hotel in Dubai. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service and has an unforgettable experience. Your goal will be to enhance guest satisfaction and foster long-term relationships that encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Provide assistance during the guest check-in and check-out processes ensuring that all necessary information is collected and guests are satisfied.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless resolution to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, policies, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with guests during their stay to ensure comfort and satisfaction with their experience.
- Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping and reservations, to facilitate guest requests and special needs.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in services and guest experience.
- Assist in organizing and planning private events and special requests for guests.

- Proven experience in guest relations or a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with guests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus; proficiency in English is mandatory.
- A friendly and welcoming personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
