Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our dynamic team in the holiday homes industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong background in hospitality management. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service throughout their stay. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, develop customer service strategies, and enhance the overall guest experience in our luxury holiday homes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all guest relations activities and ensure the highest standards of service are maintained.
- Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure timely resolution and to promote guest loyalty.
- Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on customer service skills and hospitality best practices.
- Monitor guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Create and implement guest engagement initiatives, including special events and personalized services.
- Prepare and analyze reports on guest satisfaction metrics to inform management strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our services remain competitive and appealing.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing a team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and guest feedback systems.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Salary:
AED
2,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
