Guest Relations Supervisor

Ready for a career move and be part of the pre-opening team? We are looking for a new talent to play a vital role in our Front Office department working alongside a fantastic team.

What is in it for you:

Must be thoroughly familiar with all Rixos corporate and local Operational Standards and ensure they are followed. He/She is responsible for supervising the operations at the front desk according to our hotel standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction under the control of the Guest Relations Manager in the accomplishment of their objectives. Must assist in accomplish obligations and goals as outlined below:

What you will be doing:

- To maintain and achieve a high Customer Satisfaction Score for the department
- Requires to set a high example at all times in regards to punctuality, appearance, courtesy, performance, attitude, team work, guest and staff relations, observance of company's rules and regulations, loyalty to management and inter-departmental co-operation.
- To supervise the day to day operation of the guest relations department to ensure high standards of service and guest care at all times.
- To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest enquiries, problems or complaints in an efficient and professional manner without detriment to the Hotel and / or its reputation.
- Tp be constantly proactive in anticipating guest needs & requirements and to demonstrate a high & consistent level of service at all times.
- To motivate, lead and ensure the continuous improvement of the team to achieve the company's vision and goals.
- To carry out and supervise regular departmental training and cross training of staff members from other hotel departments.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
