Position Title: Guest Reservations Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus tips and service charges
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A fine dining restaurant and lounge that will serve authentic Uzbekistan and international cuisines.

Job Description:
- Manage the restaurant reservations process, including answering phone calls and emails, managing online reservations, and ensuring that all reservations are accurate and complete.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the restaurant management team to set pricing and availability, and make adjustments as needed to meet changing demands.
- Manage the reservations staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, including contact details, preferences, and special requests

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to European and Russian language speakers
- At least 3 years of experience in the UAE as a Guest Reservations Manager
- Experience in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant that serves alcoholic beverages is a must
- Candidates who can join by March 15, 2023 will be prioritized
