What you will be doing:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling
- Other relevant duties at Hotel Reception

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Outgoing personality with upbeat attidue and hospitality principles
- Fluent English with additional Arabic and/or Russian languages
- Education Degree or relevant experience in Hospitality
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Comfortable to work cohesively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
