Job description
As a guest service agent you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer focused service. Your objective is to deliver positive and memorable experiences to all our guests. You should display an approachable and professional demeanour, with a blend of excellent communication to all guest interaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the front office department within a hotel.
- 3+ years of experience in the front office department within a hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literate and previous experience with Opera.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
